Beautifully decorated hotel with good customer service. Very amiable staff, contemporary and good sized rooms with 2 beds. A lot of supplies in the room: central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. Convenient location just a short walk away from Kirkman House. About 10 minutes walk to bus stop. Ideal base for exploring Walla Walla.

I found the coffee service lacking for such a nice hotel. It would have been great to start the day with better options rather than the little packets provided. I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed , something I had been looking forward to after a long day exploring Walla Walla.

Just a reliable pick for a passing visit in Walla Walla with reasonable value. The staff was very friendly and helped recommend great local wineries nearby. Avoid the breakfast at Starbucks inside the hotel. There are better places around.
